Seasonal maintenance
Heat pump and air conditioning servicing
Service checks for heat pumps and air conditioners to keep air moving cleanly, cooling and heating steadier, and small issues easier to find. Annual heat pump maintenance is available from $169 for one standard high-wall indoor unit.
Service checks
Keep the system clean, clear, and ready before heavy seasonal use.
Regular servicing helps reveal blocked air flow, dirty filters, blocked water drains, control problems, smells, not working well, or noise before they turn into more disruptive repair jobs.
- Filter, vent, and air flow checks.
- Annual heat pump maintenance with fan wheel, evaporator coil, and drain cleaning.
- Water leaks, condensation, and leak checks.
- Remote, thermostat, mode, and control checks.
- Noise, smell, weak cooling, or weak heating check.
- Repair advice if servicing reveals a problem.
Annual maintenance
$169 heat pump maintenance clean
For one standard high-wall indoor unit, the annual maintenance service includes cleaning inside the fan wheel, cleaning the evaporator coil, clearing the drain, checking filters, and checking basic operation. Allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Useful for musty smells, dirty indoor units, weak air flow, and seasonal maintenance.
- Repairs, parts, extra units, ducted systems, cassette systems, and difficult access are quoted separately.
- Separate from the $120 call-out and diagnosis fee for repair faults.
When to book
Book before winter heating or summer cooling demand peaks.
A service visit is useful before heavy use, after a long period without cleaning, when the unit starts to smell musty, or when air flow and comfort are not as strong as they used to be.
