$169 annual heat pump maintenance
For one standard high-wall indoor unit, the annual service includes cleaning inside the fan wheel, cleaning the evaporator coil, clearing the drain, filter checks, and practical operation checks. Allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Good for musty smells, weak air flow, dirt build-up, and seasonal cleaning.
- Repairs, parts, extra units, and difficult access are quoted separately.
- The $169 maintenance service is separate from the $120 call-out and diagnosis fee for repair faults.
