The annual maintenance clean targets the indoor parts that collect dust, moisture, grime, and mould-like build-up. It can take up to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the unit condition and access.
- Clean inside the fan wheel / blower barrel.
- Clean the evaporator coil with electrics protected.
- Clear and check the condensate drain.
- Check filters, covers, air flow, smell, and basic operation.
- Quote separately for repairs, parts, extra units, or heavy contamination.
